With a much lower overall gain than the 12AX7 type, these fine tubes can be used to tame extremely wild preamps and are also used in many vintage guitar amps such as Gibson, Hammond, Leslie, Sunn, Vox, as well as in many of the finer tube hi-fi amplifiers like McIntosh.

JJ 6L6GC Output Tubes

This is a genuine 6L6 tube, not
relabeled or re-pinned stock, and they sound absolutely fabulous. It's about
time we can get good current production tubes again- it only took 25
years...Perfect for all Fender amps, Peavey tube combos, Marshall JTM 45's- you
name it- if it calls for a 6L6GC, this is the tube for you- even those
ultralinear SF Fender amps with the insanely high plate voltages...
This tube was modeled after the GE greyplate tubes that seemed to live forever-
many musicians saw these tubes last for years and years, and still give good
classic vintage tone. Featuring dual halo getters and classic GE style
construction, these tubes even sport the characteristic slightly larger bottle
than the standard EL34 tube- authentic in every detail, especially sound!
These great 6L6GC tubes will develop full power rating in most amps, and feature
nice punch and plenty of clean headroom. Pushed hard, they distort nicely, but

JJ EL84 Output Tubes

These are exceptional sounding tubes
with nice, thick glass, good vacuum, and a very rugged design, which makes it THE
BEST EL84 TUBE in production today.
These killer JJ/Tesla tubes are built very rugged, and were modeled after some
of the finest EL84 tubes ever produced. They produce good power, and can take
the abuse of high plate voltages, even in the Vox AC30! They sound just fabulous
in the smaller Fender and Peavey amplifiers as well as the single-tube combos
such as the Crate VC508, and will give great classic TONE in
all EL84/6BQ5 amplifiers. Like that pushed power amp distortion sound at less
